How to Mark Consignments as Despatched

 

On occasion you might find that some consignments are showing in the consignment view even though that have been despatched. 

It can be caused by a 'time-out' where the linksync server has uploaded your manifest to Aust Post, but your Magento or WooCommerce store did not receive the confirmation back from linksync. 

We recommend you have the latest version of the linksync extension to minimise the likelihood of this recurring.

Removing despatched consignments from the consignment view

Follow these steps to remove consignments that have already been despatched from the consignment view. 

1. Go to the linksync eParcel config page and scroll to the bottom of the page, and enable 'Enable Mark as Despatched Action on Consignment UI', and Save.

2. Go to the consignment view and mark the orders/consignments that have already been despatched, then choose 'Mark as Despatched' from the Actions menu and hit Submit

3. Go back to the linksync eParcel config page and disable 'Enable Mark as Despatched Action on Consignment UI' and Save.
