Order Syncing Settings Error: No classes data

WooCommerce is not able to retrieve Classes Data from your Quickbooks. Below are the steps on how to create on your Quickbooks online.

To turn on the Classes Tracking feature Non US Account:

  1. Click the Gear Icon> Company Settings.
  2. Click the Company tab on the left, then click into the Categories
  3. Click to mark the box next to Track classes, and then select  Assign classes you want to use
  4. Click Save.

 

To turn on the Classes Tracking feature US Account:

  1. Click the Gear Icon> Account and Settings.
  2. Click the Advanced tab on the left, then click into the Categories
  3. Click to mark the box next to Track classes, and then select  Assign classes you want to use
  4. Click Save.

 

To setup/ add a classes:

  1. Click the Gear Icon> All Lists.
  2. Click on Classes.  If you don't see Classes, you probably haven't turned on the Classes Tracking preference.
  3. Click on New.
  4. Add the Name of one of the Classes you want to track.
  5. Note: You also have options to set up a unique title for sales forms, company name, address information, email, or phone number when the location is used. Just click to select the options you want to set up and enter the appropriate information.
  6. Click on Save.
  7. You can also Quick Add a Classes by selecting <<Add New>> from the classes dropdown menu on your forms. This will only allow you to add the Name, if you want unique form information for this classes you will need to edit or setup from the Classes list.
