Order Syncing Settings Error: No location data

WooCommerce is not able to retrieve Location Data from your Quickbooks. Below are the steps on how to create on your Quickbooks online.

To turn on the Location Tracking feature Non US Account:

  1. Click the Gear Icon> Company Settings.
  2. Click the Company tab on the left, then click into the Categories
  3. Click to mark the box next to Track Location, and then select the terminology you want to use - Business, Department, Division, Location, Property, Store, or Territory.
  4. Click Save.

 

To turn on the Location Tracking feature US Account:

  1. Click the Gear Icon> Account and Settings.
  2. Click the Advanced tab on the left, then click into the Categories
  3. Click to mark the box next to Track Location, and then select the terminology you want to use - Business, Department, Division, Location, Property, Store, or Territory.
  4. Click Save.



To setup/ add a location:

  1. Click the Gear Icon> All Lists.
  2. Click on Location List or whatever terminology you used.  If you don't see Location List, you probably haven't turned on the Location Tracking preference.
  3. Click on New.
  4. Add the Name of one of the locations you want to track.
  5. Note: You also have options to set up a unique title for sales forms, company name, address information, email, or phone number when the location is used. Just click to select the options you want to set up and enter the appropriate information.
  6. Click on Save.
  7. You can also Quick Add a location by selecting <<Add New>> from the Location dropdown menu on your forms. This will only allow you to add the Name, if you want unique form information for this location you will need to edit or setup from the Location list.
